Orifice Flow Calculation Tool

Our software assists engineers and technicians in accurately calculating orifice flow rates and related measurements, based on the ISO 5167:2003 standard. Designed for precision and efficiency, it supports a wide range of industrial use cases and includes the following capabilities:

  • Calculate the orifice diameter for a given maximum flow rate and differential pressure.
  • Determine the differential pressure for a known orifice diameter and specified flow rate.
  • Compute the actual flow rate based on a given orifice diameter and pressure drop.

The tool is designed for orifice plates with impulse pressure tappings (flange-type, D, and D/2). Supported pipe diameters range from 50 mm to 1000 mm, or flow conditions with a Reynolds number greater than 5000.
