Oricalc

This Agreement is concluded between:
Slawosz Kleszcz and Ali Karimi, developers and owners of Oricalc (“Licensor”)
and
The purchaser or user of Oricalc (“User” or “Licensee”).
By purchasing, activating, or using Oricalc, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Upon purchase, the User is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use Oricalc for a period of 12 months from the date of activation.
The license is bound to a specific device identifier (e.g., MAC address) and requires activation via the licensing server.
The license automatically expires at the end of the license period unless renewed.
The Software may be used solely for the User’s internal professional purposes.
The User shall not:
All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of the Licensor.
Oricalc is an engineering calculation tool intended to assist qualified professionals.
The Software:
The User is solely responsible for verifying input data, validating results, and ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oricalc is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”.
The Licensor makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
Use of the Software is at the User’s own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
The Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
The total aggregate liability of the Licensor, under any legal theory, shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable license period.
Oricalc is not intended for safety-critical or high-risk systems where calculation errors could result in personal injury, environmental damage, or significant property loss.
Independent engineering verification is mandatory prior to implementation.
For licensing purposes, the Software may process limited data including:
Such data is processed solely for license activation, validation, and support.
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the competent courts of the Republic of Poland.
